2 phase comprehensive development project with total GFA 372,900 sq.m. Phase 1 comprising some 200m height apartments blocks with 4 storey underground parking. 300m Mega Tower consists of a five-star hotel, as well as luxury apartment floors will be developed on phase 2. The project was designed by Rocco Design and LTW Design Works for interiors. Curtain wall consulting service by Arup.
